What customers say?

“ Before shopping in Tamworth had breakfast at this lovely cafe. Excellent food and coffee. Service was friendly and courteous. Thank you-- we found your cafe and enjoyed your service and food immensely. Banana bread and eggs benedict and delicious coffee. Would most certainly visit again. ”

“ What a fabulous little cafe- the staff service was great, but above the service was good old fashioned manners! So nice to go out for breakfast and be served by young people that had manners. Highly recommend this fantastic little cafe to anyone who appreciates the words, please, sorry and thank you! ”

- Rosemary -

“ We ordered breakfast from the cafe. We walked in without a reservation and the staff were able to accommodate an extra chair for our family of 5. The tables are designed for four people with little elbow room, which means plenty of room for groups of two. We ordered scrambled eggs, waffles, a croissant and toastie which satisfied everyone. The juice was freshly squeezed and served very promptly, my long black coffee had a lovely crema on top, and my wife was very pleased with Irish Breakfast tea out of the pot. The food service was swift and the staff were friendly. The eggs and sausages was around $15 so with a coffee I spent less than $20 per person. Would recommend the Cafe ”

“ The King Breakfast for $21.90 is a good filler. The bacon was a little over cooked but I’d rather that than the other way. The atmosphere needs some TLC. The service was good and table water was brought out to the footpath. A very generous amount of tomato sauce was supplied upon request. ”

- Bill Kezelos -

“ Food was generous, fresh & delicious. Considering we were Saturday morning of the Country Music Festival & they were super busy, staff on all levels did a great job. Even upgraded my juice as they’d run out of small glasses. Indoor & outdoor seating with table service. ”

- Yes I will marry you! Liz Pforr -

“ We had some egg and bacon rolls for breakfast and the best dirty chai ”

- Troy Hobart -

“ Such lovely staff at this cafe and the food was amazing for the price. We had a focaccia and a gnocchi and they were both so fresh and tasty. The menu was quite substantial for a cafe with plenty of homemade meals to be ordered. Plenty of drinks as well as cold juices. Food came out very quickly considering how busy the place was with customers. Parking can be a bit tricky and be aware of the timed areas. ”

- Mr Terrific -

“ This cozy restaurant on Peel Street served many nice breakfast and lunch dishes. We have been here 2-3 times or say whenever we visited Tamworth, this is a Go-to-place for breakfast. Large portion for breakfast and plenty of Haloumi for Haloumi Salad. The Sweet potato fried was so great. All sweet potato were cook properly, not a burnt piece at all. Coffee and hot chocolate are also very good with lots of choices of cakes to choose. Really recommend . ”
